Science in the Sky with The Museum of Flight

Honor Earth Day AGAIN with this one-of-a-kind presentation thanks to our friends at The Museum of Flight!

In this exciting virtual experience, Ensign Kennieth L. Brewer, Public Affairs Officer and DHC-6 Pilot for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Aircraft Operations Center, shares information about NOAA’s various airborne missions including Hurricane Surveillance, Snow Survey, and Marine Mammal Survey.

This is an opportunity to hear about the many types of aircraft NOAA utilizes in these missions, and how these missions impact our understanding of Earth’s oceans and atmosphere.
