Seattle Streetcar has two routes, the South Lake Union Streetcar from South Lake Union to Belltown and the First Hill Streetcar from Capitol Hill to Pioneer Square. Streetcars run every 10-15 minutes daily.
King County Metro provides bus transportation between neighborhoods in Seattle and greater King County. Check their website for routes and timetables.
Transportation between downtown Seattle and downtown Tacoma daily between March 27, 2016 and September 10th, 2016. Check website for specific schedule-buses depart every 30 minutes for most of the day.

The Victoria Clipper provides transportation between Seattle, Victoria, and the San Juan Islands. Boats depart daily.
Washington State Ferries provide a variety of water routes connecting Seattle, Bainbridge Island, Vashon, Bremerton, the San Juans, Vancouver Island, and more! Boats depart every hour or so daily, depending on the route.

King County Water Taxi operates two routes, one between Vashon Island and Downtown Seattle and one between West Seattle and Downtown Seattle. The West Seattle Water Taxi operates every half hour daily, and the Vashon Island Ferry operates every half hour during commuting hours.
